Wills
Every person over the age of 18 years and of sound mind, should have a Will to ensure that their assets are distributed in accordance with their wishes upon death. It provides you with an opportunity to ensure that your family and loved ones will be looked after in the way you intend, or that specific individuals do not benefit from your estate.
You need to appoint an Executor(s), who is the person who administers your estate. You may also appoint a guardian(s) to make decisions about the long-term care and welfare of minor children.
It Is important that you regularly update your Will to adapt to your changing circumstances, for example, the birth of children or grandchildren, financial changes, marriage, divorce, death or family tension.
